In its consultancy capacity, Mentor provides a host of HR-related solutions. Undertaking a comprehensive Human Resources project for a group of waste management companies, Mentor’s scope involved the development of their organizational structure. This more specifically included the revision of job descriptions for more than 35 key functions, the alignment of HR policies and procedures and the development of KPIs. With the help of a very supportive HR team, Mentor was able to successfully restructure current policies and develop a performance management system based on best practice.
In addition, Mentor developed both the Quality Management and Health and Safety Environment Policy as well as Procedure Manuals. Operational Procedures as well as the Environmental Plan were reformatted and reviewed to ensure alignment with the new Policy and Procedure Manuals.
