At one of the fast growing retail clothing stores, the store Managers enjoyed a successful and engaging 2 day "ËœCustomer Service Excellence"™ training program. Through interactive group activities and videos, trainees learnt innovative ways to positively impress current and future customers, enhancing their skills to develop customer loyalty and manage customer expectations.
Via role playing, trainees strengthened their purpose in a team by working together to identify the principles that build successful teamwork. Action plans were put into place and resourceful customer enhancement ideas were shared by team members. The participants left with a greater sense of engagement and commitment to their job.
