MENTOR facilitated succession planning at Dubai office of a major international bank. MENTOR designed and delivered an advanced people management program to develop skills of managers who were to take on more senior roles in the bank. Following a needs assessment, courses were run in areas of Emotional Intelligence, Influencing Skills, Decision Making, Problem Solving and Communication Style. This was followed by individual coaching sessions and follow-up meetings to evaluate participants' application of learning into the workplace. The program helped to improve the performance of participants and enable the promotion of many of them within the organization.
