A full-time team of MENTOR’s training experts works within one of the UAE government’s ministries to internally manage and execute the entire function of a training department, including the collection and analysis of training needs at a strategic and departmental level; development of an appropriate annual training plan; assessment and recommendation of preferred training providers; supervision and coordination of training programs; and monitoring and evaluation of training programs (immediately and 3 months following each program) to measure return on investment.
The MENTOR team’s work follows the ministry’s guidelines and systems, including Bayanati - the UAE federal government electronic system. Training programs are also aligned with the UAE leadership’s vision and direction on achieving Smart government services and adopting innovative thought and practices in the public sector.
