Mentor prides itself on being able to design training programs that are specifically designed to cater to the needs of conglomerate employees. Mentor designed a variety of training programs for one of the largest conglomerates in the UAE that were specifically designed to enhance their employees’ abilities and skills needed for future challenges in the workplace.
Under the guidance of skilled facilitators, trainees participated in theme-based training which addressed the issues that arise in their daily professional lives and workplace. Training sessions that enhance negotiation skills and influencing skills generated positive responses from the group who worked well with one another.
The techniques delegates mastered were made to benefit them in both their business and personal lives. Participants’ capabilities were brought into full play during various service excellence programs which were mostly actively driven. By means of practical, realistic and engaging skill-based games, participants learned to solve a wide range of challenges such as customer service challenges.
Other sessions and courses delivered included credit risk and analysis whereby trainees positively contributed to the course ultimately broadening their understanding of all things credit related. Courses were highly appreciated by learners and generated immense satisfaction among delegates.
