MENTOR organized an organizational skills training course for managers from a United Nations organization at a river-side location in Bangkok. Following an analysis of the trainees skills and knowledge, our trainer took the group through practical solutions to prioritize elements within heavy workloads, initiate steps to effectively handle daily tasks and refocus on crucial aspects of the business.
Participants came from a range of departments and were able to share personal experiences and expertise. The workshop organized trainees in cross-functional teams for a better understanding of challenges faced and to identify pro-active steps to make changes. Participants were also given the opportunity to reflect on their own performance and their responsibility towards handling their daily tasks in an effective manner.
