Outdoor Team Building Program for International Oil Company

MENTOR designed and conducted a customized team-building outdoor program as part of a strategy retreat session for a major oil and gas company in the Middle East. The 3 day program at a beach resort consisted of activities, reflection sessions and planning workshops, and helped senior management to think and operate in a more cohesive manner.
