As part of its 2021 strategy to ensure continued growth across various economic sectors, the UAE embarked on developing a modern, efficient and safe rail network. MENTOR was tasked with the development of a strategic plan, mission and vision statements that would dictate the successful implementation of the network and satisfy all stakeholders.
Key considerations in the plan's development included project timeline, traffic modelling methodologies, and material procurement and logistics. Extensive research was carried out in the early stages of the project in order to formulate strategic objectives and to shape internal business processes.
MENTOR researched macro-segments, sectors and strategic priorities, and performed SWOT analyses in order to establish project milestones. Based on findings and research, we designed internal business processes that would help achieve defined milestones and strategic objectives.
