Client Need
A federal governmental ministry in United Arab Emirates needed to train all its employees on organizational fraud & governance rules and regulations as part of "Governance Awareness Month" initiative. The learning and development team in the ministry wanted to train the employees in an interactive and efficient manner, using an economical, yet scalable solution, that would maximize employee engagement and employee learning impact.
Our Solution
MENTOR proposed an online digital e-learning program that would deliver the relevant content in an engaging manner, ensure all ministry employees are well aware of fraud and governance topics in general, and have full understanding of ministry-specific rules and regulations in this regard. The solution would also enable HR administrators to easily track participation and assess learning on these topics through an online knowledge assessment.
MENTOR mobilized teams of instructional and e-learning designers to ;
- Develop interactive design deck based on client content and create corresponding storyboards, case studies and interactive activities to engage the learners throughout the learning process.
- Develop 2 dynamic e-learning modules (Level 1 interactivity, using Articulate Storyline 3) , totaling more than 60 min of learning per employee.
- Develop knowledge assessments to measure knowledge increase and report on ROI
The elearning modules were developed in Arabic Language and the program was integrated within the client's existing LMS (learning management system)
Results
With a very modest investment, over 1000 employees were trained within few months, leading to increased awareness about fraud and governance rules and procedures. Our team's instructional & e-learning design capabilities, HR saved tens of thousands on training ministry employees on these critical topics, and achieved record results in terms of pushing training across all ministry locations and units.
