MENTOR was assigned with re-designing the organziational structure and HR framework of a waste management group. The project scope involved revision of job descriptions for over 35 key functions, alignment of HR policies and procedures and development of KPIs. We successfully helped to restructure current policies and develop a performance management system based on best practices.
In addition, we developed both the quality management and health and safety environment policy as well as procedure manuals. Operational procedures and the environmental plan were reformatted and reviewed to ensure alignment with the new policy and procedure manuals.
