MENTOR worked in variety of ways to support a fund for female entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia, created by the United Nations. We won 4 bids in a row to run mentoring and coaching programs and designed a Train the Trainers program, to enable mentors to carry the program forward in the long run.
In addition, we conducted research on life cycles and best practices of businesses set up by women entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia. The focus of the study was on success factors, main challenges faced and ways to overcome them with the help of business incubators and business coaching.
